syncing PDA

I keep my calendar in a public folder in Exchange, but this is available
offline.  Is there any 3rd party software that will allow me to sync on and
offline to my PDA

Depends on your PDA. If you use Palm, see Chapura PocketMirror Pro or
Pumatech Intellisync.

You can sync a PF to your offline folders in Outlook, you know - just have
to drag it to your Public Folders\Favorites.
