Using Outlook 2000 sr1 9.0 on Windows 2000, when we send
an email through outlook with a file attached, without
prompting, the outlook program automatically zips the
attached file.  Is there a switch to turn off the
automated zipping, or to at least prompt first? (We're
using PKZip for Windows 4.50 if that matters.)

Thanks for your help.

Outlook itself isn't doing this - check your add-ins.
