MS Office Forum / Outlook / 3rd Party Utilities / September 2008MOSA Help
I have this installed but can not tick it in COM Add-Ins and therefore no toolbars show. I have reinstalled the product, no change. ANy suggestions please? See if it was disabled. Select Help, About Microsoft Outlook, Disabled Items button. If listed there highlight it and click Enable. Exit and restart Outlook. I installed it at Outlook 2003 and 2007. I have got the same problem but there are no inactiv or disabled add-ins. Any ideas? > See if it was disabled. The installation ends with no error or something but when i start outlook, there is nothing at all what looks like an sms add-in.
