Issues with Outlook 2003 reminders not p - 04 May 2007 21:01 GMT
I have an outlook 2k3 client with extended reminders installed for my CEO to
have his sent emails pop-up as a reminder.

Today the after unchecking the tick box to stop the pop-up window, we can't
see the reminders in his reminder window!!!

I have run the following switches...
Outlook /cleanreminders
outlook /resetfolders
outlook /cleansniff
outlook /cleanprofile

I even went as far as removing extended reminders,. repairing office
install, rebooting and re-installing extended reminders.

Does any of you Slovatech guys have an answer to this??/

Please let me know!

Please send a support request email to support at slovaktech.com and
describe the problem, everything you did and what version of Outlook,
Windows and the addin. This is a public newsgroup, not a support forum for
our addins.

Also, from your description of sending a reminder email it sounds like you
might have Reminder Manager and not Extended Reminders. That can't send out
reminder emails. Please verify what addin you are using.
