How can I syncrhonize Outlook on two machines?

I have a new VISTA PC with Outlook 2007 and an old XP PC with Outlook 2003.  
I would like to use Outlook on both machines.  

I would like to find the best way to synchronize the data in the PST files
on the two machines.  When I do a Google search for "synchronize Outloook," I
find several third party utilities for sale.  However, I can find nothing
where the various programs are compared as regards reliabilty, ease of use,
and price.

I would be interested in recommendations to try (or avoid) any of the third
party Outlook synchronization utilities for sale.

In my opinion, the best way is with a PDA.  However, check here:
