I am trying to install the Blackberry Redirect software on my PC. My normal email works fine on Outlook 2002. I keep getting this error message "Computer does not know its email address. Either the email system is not configured properly or this email system is not supported." I tried to fool the system by just running the Outlook client and was unsuccessful. You need to be running Exchange and have a mail profile established that the redirector can utilize. Once in place, it works smoothly.
