Help!  Since upgrading to OL XP (from 2000) every single
email I receive is duplicated - get two of everyting!
Doesn't affect messages to the freeserve server - just
into my inbox.  How can I solve please?  Thanks v much.

Take the tools option to review the account settings. If
your isp account is there twice (duplicated), then any
email that is downloaded will be downloaded twice. To
resolve the problem, remove the duplicate entry.
Hope that solves your problem.

Presume you mean in Outlook - Tools Email Accounts -
Change.  I've tried this and there is only one ISP
connnection.  I have two email accounts - one with my
husband's name and one with mine both with the same email
ending.  However, this wasn't a problem on Outlook 2000 -
it handled them both and only brought one message in.
Even when I test it within Outlook it I get two identical
messages.  Any clues?   Thanks very much

Sally
