error when downloading from hotmail

when i try to send or receive hotmail e-mails i get the
following error messages:

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.'
reported error (0x800CCC19) : 'A timeout occurred while
communicating with the server.'

Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error
(0x800CCC19) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a
response from the server.'

Hi,

Goto Sart --> Run --> type in Msconfig

Then select the option of Selective Startup

Then uncheck the two options :

Load Startup Items and Load system services.

Then restart the system and see if the problem is resolved.
