no dial up

Outlook2000 will not dial my internet provider when I click on send recieve
like it used to. I am using Win 2000. On options /connection I have it set
for internet explorer or 3rd party dialer. Internet explorer will dial up
however. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Set the option in Outlook to dial the connection, not the IE or third party
dialler
