Can anyone give me information on how to ensure that when
I print an email that I received from a colleague, the
printed version also identifies that the email came with
attachments and shows the names of the attached
documents?  I have searched and searched and cannot find
how to do this through the help index or the setups.

AFAIK you can only do this if the email was formatted in Plain Text and not
HTML.
