Embedded VCF in the Out of Office message?

I want to set up a server rule that will auto reply to
messages and include new contact information for me.

I've tried setting up an "out of office" rule but can't
embed a vcf file in the message.

I've then tried a general rule with a template (not
addressed to anyone but with a message and vcf) and turned
it on and when I check it I don't seem to get a reply.

Can you advise how to do this so people who contact me
after I leave will get my new vcf file automatically?

First contact your administrator to verify that automatic replying to the
Internet is allowed in your organisation. The option can be verified/changed
in the following way;

The standard Out of Office system functions fine, so I'm
assuming it's on. (I've contacted our Exchange Admin for
verification).
