1) Yes, there is a signatures button on the Toolbar to choose from. For more
on signatures in Outlook see;

2) No, it a cache list only. You can however type a little from the name and
use CTRL+K to resolve the rest (or press the Check Names icon on the
Toolbar)

Your autocompletion file is aka an NK2 or nickname or autocompletion file.
The data in this file is captured from your entries in the to: a's called
Owtlook.
ddress field. If you want to put all contact data into the autocomplete
file, press the To: button, select all contacts, disconnect your internet
connection and press the send button. This should put everyone into your
autocompletion file.
If that sounds awkard it should. We wrote a utility that will enable you to
add single entries, delete and change other entries in your autocomplete
file. If you're patient, we can add an import utility. For now, you can
review our utility at www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm . It's called
Owtlook.
