Assigning Tasks

I am trying to figure out a way to assign a task to
someone who doesn't have a computer so that I can print
out what I want them to do and track weather or not it
gets done.

I already use catagories for segmenting work types (or
Projects).

Anyone got any good ideas??

Try using the Contacts box at the bottom of the task to enter the person's
name.
