Billing Information in Outlook

I am trying to save or record billing information so that
it will show in the "Billing Information" feild on
the "Activities" tab in the Contact file. Under "Record
Billing Information" in the HELP file itsays to record
billing information through a TASK. I have done that. It
does save in the TASK., but it does not show up under the
contact.  Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Did you alter the view to show the Billing Information field in the
Activities display on the contact?
