Exporting to a list email addresses from emails in "Sent folder"

Win XP HE, OL 2002
Hi,
In a given folder (a sub-folder) of "Sent" in my OL, I have a list of about
300 emails each of which I sent to various recipients.
I need a list of all of the email addresses that those emails have been sent
to--the email addresses in the To field of each message--preferably that can
be manipulated in Excel, as CSV or TXT file, etc.
Is this possible and if so, how?

There are third party tools available that can extract addresses from e-mail
messages.  Check the following page for some of these:
