cant find MS09.dll when sending emails

Whenever I send an email I get an error message saying
cant find MS09.dll
Outlook then wants to shut down. I have tried
reinstalling Outlook but it still occurs. Can anyone help
please.

Hi Brian,

You didn't provide the exact error message you are receiving when trying to send mail, but the following Knowledge Base (KB) article addresses issues with the MSO9.DLL file.
