Customizing Outlook 2003

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 from 2000.  When I try
to customize the outlook today view(i.e. standard, two-
column, winter, summer,etc.), the changes are lost each
time I close and reopen.

Any idea how to correct this problem?

Try creating a new mail profile.
