I have a user running office 2000 Professional on his
laptop. While trying to export files to his Blackberry,
Outlook started asking for a data1.msi file from an Office
2000 SBE CD.

The export he is trying to perform is with the Comma
Seperated Values (Windows) option as per the Balckberry
instructions. At that point, Outlook tells him the
Import/Export features are not installed. Then it starts
asking for the CD of the SBE version (that he has never
had installed). If he tries to export to a .pst file, it
works just fine.

Any ideas on what is causing this?
