MS Office Forum / Outlook / New Users / September 2004email download status display?
How can I have OL show me the % of emails downloaded or at least give me some indication that it is downloading. When I hit Send/Rcv now window pops up...sometimes. When it doesnt I have not idea what the status is. Before I went to the Work Group OL configuration I used to get a status in the lower right window with % complete. "Status Bar" is the last item on the View menu. Make sure, if you're using smart menus, that you click on the down arrow at the bottom of the menu in order to show the entire menu. SignatureBrian Tillman OK...I have Status bar selected in menu and showing on bottom , not no status shows up of right side of bard to indicate downloading or % complete.
