Printing - Attachments on sent items

After I send an email with attachments, when I print it from the sent items
the attachements do not show up on the printed copy. Is there a setting I
can change to have these attachments print so I know what files were included
as attachments?

Before printing, change the format of the message to plain text and your
attachment names will print out.

How do I change an HTML message to plain text? My format options are greyed
out once the item is sent.

Are you using Outlook 2003?
