I lost the Product Key that came with my copy of Outlook 2002.  How do
I go about getting a new one?

Download and run the free Belarc Advisor. As long as your
program is installed, it will show the key along with a lot
of other useful information. Print the result and save for
future reference: http://www.belarc.com

Easy, call Microsoft.  Once you verify that you did purchase an authentic
copy of Outlook 2002, I am sure they will be more than willing to help you
out.

I actually thought of that and went on the website to get the phone
number and I all saw was the $35.00/call option, and I don't really
want to pay $35.00 for this, lol.

Contact MS activation center (MSOXP components require activation to run
correctly), they may be able to assist you.

You do not ALWAYS have to pay for assistance from MS. I have contacted their
Tech support many times for Office products, installation and activation
problems, and have never been charged. They are very helpful and
knowladgeable and will assist where they can.

You didn't explain if this software was purchased with MSOXP, or a
stand-alone product, and whether it was purchased from a legit outlet (e.g.
direct from MS or an authorised dealer or educational establishement) or from
somewhere else. Believe me, it matters.
If you bought it elsewhere, I'd take it back and complain it doesn't work
and ask for a replacement.
