is there a way to configure outlook to store sent mail online for a pop
account.  I do not have imap capability with my provider (charter), but
would still like to use outlook and be able to view my sent mail from
multiple locations.  Thanks.

Note that this is not a limitation of Outlook, it is an inherent limitation
of the POP3 protocol.
