Apply View Settings to All

Outlook 2003
Does anyone know what the new way to apply one set of Folder view settings
to EVERY folder in Outlook? I thought there used to be a button to "Apply to
All Folders", but now, in the Customize dialogue, there is not one.

http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/grouping.htm shows an example.
