Hi Stevie,

Outlook is looking for Small Business Customer Manager (SBCM) when it opens, and this is why you are receiving this error message.   Do you remember installing this?  If you are sure
that no one uses Small Business Customer Manager on this machine, you can remove the reference to it in your Registry by following the steps below.

After backing up your Registry, navigate to the following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\SBCM.ADDIN.1
With the Sbcm.addin.1 key selected, press DELETE.
