I have created a Group in Address Book. When I send emails
to the group the recipients can see all the email
addresses of the group members in the "To" field. How do I
create a message so that recipients see the "GroupName" in
the "To" field?

Thanks.

It's called a Distribution List and it's done in the Contacts folder.  You
should avoid adding entries via the Address Book interface.

Create a normal Contact, also called "GroupName", whose address is your own.
Put that Contact in the To field and the DL in the Bcc field.
