Hello, Rule description: Apply this rule after I send the message through the IMAP account and on this machine only move a copy to a the Sent folder but it doesn't work... instead all of my messages ending up in "Sent Items" under my Personal Folders... why? > Rule description: > Apply this rule after I send the message [quoted text clipped - 4 lines] > but it doesn't work... instead all of my messages ending up in "Sent > Items" under my Personal Folders... First, you have to disable the option to keep copies of your messages in "Sent Items" (Tools>Options>E-mail Options). Then yuo have to make sure there is a "Sent" folder on the IMAP server and that, when you create the rule that you actually choose that folder. I tried it and it works for me.
