Customize Outlook Today Button Does Not Work

Customize Outlook Today Button Does Not Work. No matter what I do (repair,
reinstall), nothing seems to make this button work. And I've seen it work
before on other installations. Running under XP with all the latest
updates. Please help!!

which Outlook version?
