While trying to sort out an Outlook problem , I accidently deleted my
profile , I can no longer select Outlook to be used as a profile and have no
idea how to use pst files ,  Is there a way to restore this information , I
am using outlook 2003  and have emptied my recycle bin

If you emptied your recycle bin you're going to have to try to use an
unerase program. Norton/Symantec programs like Norton AntiVirus usually
include one or you can check your favorite shareware site to see if there's
one out there for you

You can only delete profiles in Control Panel's Mail applet.  Is that where
you deleted it?  If that's not it, then you did NOT delete your profile.

Create a new mail profile in Control Panel's Mail applet (Show Profiles>Add)
and point it at your existing PST, if yo still have one.
