can't open microsoft outlook as set of folder could not be opened

could you please help how i can open microsoft outlook as whenever i try to
open it , it says the message 'can't open microsoft outlook as set of folder
could not be opened'.

Use Control Panel's Mail applet to make sure your mail profile is pointing
at a valid PST.
