We are using Outlook 2002/2003 in an Exchange 2000 environment. We would
like to track emails sent to contacts in a Public Folder through the
activities tab in the contact itself. Is there a way for Outlook to search
the entire information store for emails sent from anyone in our organization
to this contact?

We are currently using Goldmine but are hoping that Outlook can provide the
same functionality.

Thanks very much for any help.

No. The Activities tab can look at only one folder at a time, once you move outside the user's own mailbox or .pst files.
