Every time I try to open a graphics file in Outlook 2003, the default
programme is MS Photoshop Elements v3. How can I change the graphics default
setting to something else?

Many thanks

You'd change that within Windows. In My Computer go to the Tools menu >
Folder Options > File Types tab. Highlight an extension and click the Change
button

it's probably easier to find a graphic in my documents and right click, open
with... choose the program and check the box to always open with it.
