Any ideas how i can set one up for my helpdesk.  For example 'Thankyou
for contacting the helpdesk.  Your e-mail means sh.t to us, and we will
reply when we feel like it'  Well, not quite, but you know what i mean.
There are several analysts using different machines, is it an Exchange
thing?

This may not work in Outlook Express but in regular Outlook it may;
