get rid of sections in Inbox, Sent Mail, etc.

I don't like the divisions in the Inbox, Sent Mail, etc., that show "Today",
"Yesterday", etc., or category by name. I like my messages continuous. How
can I get delete these?

Right click in the field header (where it says "Arranged by: Date") and
uncheck "Show in Groups"

View->Arrange by->Show in groups - uncheck it.

did you try highlighting them and hitting your delete key on your keyboard?
