Just installed Office 2003, When I try to open Outlook i get 'Configuring
Outlook Accounts - creating welcome message', then 'Your Microsoft Exchange
Server is unavailable'. When I click 'work offline' I then get 'Unable to
open your default e-mail folders - your profile is not configured'. Only
option is to click OK, which closes Outlook. Can't get passed these messages.
I've reinstalled Office twice - still no luck

Do you need to connect to an Exchange server?
If not, go to control panel, mail, and delete the Outlook profile & create a
new one that has the correct account type in it.

What type of account are you using? If you configure your profile using
Control Panel->Mail Icon->Profiles->New, do you get any farther?
