Bcc: Problem

I wish to send a newsletter email from outlook to a number of recipients.

I would like them not see each other hence the blind carbon copy.

The only way that i could seem to achieve this is too send an email to
myself and Bcc: everyone else.

The problem occurs that this means the intended recipient gets an email
from me to me!

How can i instruct each instance of the email to put the intended Bcc:
into the To: field of the email so that when they recieve the email its
addressed to them from me.

Do i need some sort of mail merge or 3rd party software??

regards

robert

use mail merge instead of BCC. If you have word, you won't need 3rd party
software to do simple merges. (To add attachments, you would need mail merge
software.)

Yes you are right; you need to use 3rd party software like Easy Mail
Merge for Outlook. It does exactly what you need: personalizes each
mail merge so that each recipient will see in the "To" field only
his address. Of course it has a lot of other features. I tested a lot
of programs that have some of these features but none of them is more
flexible.

You can find it here:
