MS Office Forum / Outlook / New Users / December 2005user cant see who the other recipents are
I have one user in my office that when she receives emails from people that include others in the To: line (and even CC: line) when she opens the message to view it. The header only shows her name so she can't see who ever else was included on the message. I have looked all over to see if there is some kind of view setting that is checked or something -but cant find a think. I am going crazy. she is using Outlook 2003 and a normal SMTP/Pop3 email account on wnidows xp pro sp2 Thanks How does she know that there were others in the TO or CC line if she can't see them?
