I have one user in my office that when she receives emails from people that
include others in the To: line (and even CC: line) when she opens the
message to view it.  The header only shows her name so she can't see who
ever else was included on the message.  I have looked all over to see if
there is some kind of view setting that is checked or something -but cant
find a think.  I am going crazy.

she is using Outlook 2003 and a normal SMTP/Pop3 email account on wnidows xp
pro sp2

Thanks

How does she know that there were others in the TO or CC line if she can't
see them?

LOL good question... I know because I have sent emails to her that had
others in the To line that when viewed on her system only her name is on the
To line.

Example:
In my sent items folder:
To: hername@domain.com;myname@domain.com
In her inbox:
To: hername@domain.com

Very peculiar

Hmmm...I wonder if there is something going on at her ISP.  Maybe they're
washing her mail thru some kind of anti-spam or anti-virus tool that is
stripping off all of the other addresses?

What kind of mail server is it?  Exchange?  Sendmail?  Other?

Other... just a basic SMTP/Pop3 Mail server.

www.workgroupmail.com (which I hate - support is terrible and product
updates are always troublesome)

Ugh.  Well, I suspect it's a server issue, but I don't know much about
workgroupmail.
