MS Office Forum / Outlook / New Users / November 2005Export - No folders shown
When I select export files and select comma seperated value-windows, then go to the next feature, SELECT FOLDER TO EXPORT FROM----The screen is blank. I have no choice of folders to export from. Any ideas why the list of folders is not displayed? What I am trying to do is export a single folder of contacts. The issue is that when I hit the page that generally shows the list of folders to export from the list is empty. What I'm getting at is that if you want to move the contacts from one instance of Outlook to another, then no exporting is needed or desired. If, however, you want to transfer the contacts into, say, a spreadsheet, then I don't know what to suggest. SignatureBrian Tillman |
