When I  select export files and select comma seperated value-windows, then
go to the next feature, SELECT FOLDER TO EXPORT FROM----The screen is blank.
I have no choice of folders to export from.

Any ideas why the list of folders is not displayed?

I assume you are trying to back up Outlook files:

What I am trying to do is export a single folder of contacts.  The issue is
that when I hit the page that generally shows the list of folders to export
from the list is empty.

Does it ever work? Are you using the Outlook connector with an MSN account?

Into which program do you want to move the contacts?

I have tried a variety of formats including CSV and Tab.

What I'm getting at is that if you want to move the contacts from one
instance of Outlook to another, then no exporting is needed or desired.  If,
however, you want to transfer the contacts into, say, a spreadsheet, then I
don't know what to suggest.
