replying quickly

I am wondering if anyone has a nice - quick but effective method to reply
and also quote the person?

For example - If am replying to this post, is there an easy way to take my
question, paste that at the top of my response to the person and then put my
response below and then in a different font or style so they know it is my
response?

Does this work well even on outlook 2003? I notice it hasn't been updated
and is still in beta since 2003?

Why not download and install it and see for yourself? I use the Outlook
Express version as I am happy with how Outlook treats quoting.
