Hi,
I have the same issues as the Green Guy.  I am trying to find out what a
"Good and Proper" email reply looks like in an email and then find out how
to do it easily?

Anyone?

I don't see the original post you refer to. Please type your question in the
body of your message.

I lost it as well, but basically (I know this is personal pref to) but I am
looking to find an easy way to reply to an email with proper netiquette and
use the quoting method.

So for example I have seen examples where people respond to emails and it
looks like:

>I am looking to find an easy way to reply to an email with proper
>netiquette and use the quoting method.

So how can I do this but easily without cutting and pasting all the time?

There is no automated method - Select the text above that you need deleted
and press Del; Select the text below and repeat.

There are 10 type of people, those that understand binary and those that don't.

A solution to this problem I think it would be an add-in for Outlook
called Bells & Whistles.  With this software you can create text
templates and simply insert these templates into email replies by
selecting the template you want from add-in menu or you can use
keyboard shortcuts for every template to significantly increase the
productivity. Also it can insert personalized greetings, defined by the
first, last or full alias name of the email address where the email is
going to be sent.

You can find it here:

For formatted messages, it's problematic, but for text messages, this tool
is very helpful:

Try Outlook Advanced Quoting Add-In
http://www.sos-crew.com/products.shtml#OAQ
This add-in really simplifies e-mail reading and writing.
