I am sorry, I submitted this earlier but said PST file instead of PAB file.
The PST file did not have the needed email addresses.

I will be handling a golf group next year and have been sent the file
golf.pab wich is the email address book for the group.  I would like to
import this file into my outlook contacts without interferring with my
existing personal contact/address book.
Can you provide the step by step procedures?

Let me see if I can do this right....

- Create a new folder to hold the new contacts (File menu > New > Folder)
- Import the PAB into that folder using the File menu > Import & Export
command. It's a wizard and you should be able to step through it pretty
easily
- After that's done, right click on the Golf contacts folder, choose
Properties and go to the Outlook Address Book tab. Check the box to show the
folder as an email address book
