I have an MSN account and email address. How do I configure Outlook to use my
MSN account to receive/send email

I may be wrong but I think you configure the account as an HTTP mail
account.

You will need to find out from MSN what the POP3 and SMTP server names are
and what the proper procedure is for setting them up in Outlook (and I think
it will only work on Outlook 2002 and later).  If MSN only gives instructions
for setting up e-mail in Outlook Express, you can use the same settings for
Outlook.
