How do I transfer email from Office 2003 to my new computer?

I purchased a new laptop and reistalled Office 2003. How do I transfer my
outlook data, including old emails, to my new system? (I have Outlook 2003
on both systems, Windows 2000 on my old system and XP on the new one.)
