Margins in New and Reply emails

I have noticed that when I start a new email, the margins seem to go all the
way to 10. When I reply to an email, the margin stops at  5 1/4.

This is a problem because I send emails in HTML, and everything is formated
neatly, but it doesn't come out right because the margins aren't right.

How do I permanetly set the margins so that my reply margin goes to 10 as
well, everytime I reply to a message?

Thanks in advance!

Are you sure the messages you're replying to aren't in Plain Text format?
