Remove Outlook2003  Quicklaunch Icon

Hi
Is there a way to remove the QuickLaunch Icon for Outlook 2003 deployed on
windows 2000.
All users now have 2 Outllok icon's in ther quicklaunch, one from the
profile, OK, and one from BillG,
How do I remove the last one.

Right, I got no hair left after this answer.
After next login this Icon is back, how do I avoid it in  the first place,
or how do I kill it permanently ?
Any reg keys to  ajust ?

Is the quicklaunch icon the "special" Outlook Icon that gives you the
options to change mail accounts, profiles, etc. when you right click and
select Properties?

Hi Again

No, the two icons are the same when right clicking. The only difference is
that the "automatic" icon is called  "~\outlook.exe /recycle"  for reuse of
existing window.

I have +5000 users having this problem, any help will be appreciated.
