Hi Is there a way to remove the QuickLaunch Icon for Outlook 2003 deployed on windows 2000. All users now have 2 Outllok icon's in ther quicklaunch, one from the profile, OK, and one from BillG, How do I remove the last one. Thanks in advance Soren Right click, delete? The only difference is that the "automatic" icon is called "~\outlook.exe /recycle" for reuse of existing window. I have +5000 users having this problem, any help will be appreciated.
