Using Office 2003 Outlook. When I start to create a new email and
write in the name it does not auto input the name as I enter it. I
have the auto set OK. When I try and answer an email the auto name
works OK. I also have another problem in that I have 4 contact lists.
One of them has the addresses in it but the default one keeps telling
me that the file has been moved or I do not have permission to use it.
I have to manual set so that the second contact list opens when I go
to the address book. The problem is that when I do that now the auto
input of the address will not work.

Is there any way of just deleting all the 4 contact list and then
start from a new file that I can import the addresses from my Outlet
Express file?? There is only one user on this computer. If I create
another user will I be able to run Outlook with a different contact
list that I can import??

Clarify your post.
What do you mean by "Contact Lists" and where do you see two of them?
Autocompletion only works when you are sending to a recipient to whom you've
already sent messages. Otherwise you won't see anything.

When I go to address book I get the message that the file may have
been removed or I do not have permission to use the file. I click on
the OK and then another window opens up and in the upper right hand
corner it lists Contact. The rest of the window is empty. To the right
of the word contact there is a down arrow that I click on and it opens
up a pop-up window that list four lines. Address Book, Contact,
Contact, and Contact. If I select Address Book it comes up that there
are no entries. two one of the contact is empty, the other one has a
list of all my contacts and the third is the one that I can not get
to. I can select the one that has the addresses in and I can use that
one but the Autocompletion does not work.

Maybe my problem is that I copied these from my old computer and have
not sent email from this book as yet. I will get to the office
tomorrow and send out an email and then see if the autocomplete works
when I send another email to the same address.

As I said, autocompletion has nothing to do with your Contacts.
If you have an invalid reference to a Contacts Folder in the Address Book
view, just remove it:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. --

you to reply so quick.
