MS Office Forum / Outlook / New Users / November 2005Outlook 2003 moves messages automatically
Dear all, I have a problem when i reply or forward messages in Outlook 2003. When I reply to a message, outlook 2003 moves the original message to sent items together with a copy of my reply. So The original message disappears from the Inbox and re-appears in Sent Items. How do I disable this function? Thx for your help Examine your view settings and rules to find out why this is happenening. Are you certain the item is really leaving your Inbox? Most likely it is sorting differently based on your View settings.
