How to move Contacts to an other PC?

I need to move Contacts to an other PC over LAN. How can I do this

Normally you would copy them into an Outlook Data File (PST file), move that
file to the new location, and open it in Outlook there. You can then copy
them into the default Contacts Folder in that installation if you want.
