When using Outlook 2003 all mail with attachments is trying to open as an
excel doc.
If I save the attachment it goes in a file marked .doc How do I change my
settings so that documents can automaticly open in the format sent? How can I
file them in the origional format as well?

thank-you

Sounds like your file associations are all goofed up.  Go to My Computer |
Tools | Folder Options | File Types and check your associations on those
file extensions.
