Prevent Send/Receive Dialog from showing

I would like to prevent the dialog box popping up when I do Send/Receive. I
can't figure out how to do this. I can do it in Outlook Express, but not in
Outlook.

How can I stop the Send/Receive Progress dialog?

Did you try checking the box that says "Do not show this dialog box during
send/receive?"
