Is it possible to change the settings on a folder so that it behaves
the same as the 'Junk E-mail' folder?

I use InBoxer to filter my incoming mail but when an email is sent to
the 'InBoxer Blocked' or 'InBoxer Review' folders it doesn't have the
same protection to prevent mail from showing as HTML. I would like 3
folders (my 'InBoxer Blocked' and 'InBoxer Review' folders, as well as
the default 'Junk E-mail' folder) all with the same settings. Is this
possible?

Thanks

No, Outlook provides no way to do that.
